Abstract: Many organizations think that they “do” change management, but when they begin to dig deeper into their capabilities, they find that what they believe about their ability to enact change and the reality are two very different things. In this webinar, Dr. Lisa Niles will walk you through how organizations can assess their change capability, set a goal for maturity, and navigate the often-challenging process of putting that goal into action. Dr. Niles will talk about the key elements that must be measured to help organizations move their needle on maturity and how to help leaders align their change management goals to their strategic goals.

Bio: Dr. Lisa Niles is a CCMP™ and Prosci-certified change practitioner, with a 20+ year career that has spanned both academic and corporate environments. The throughline of her career has always been facilitating and leading change. A Change Management consultant since 2017, Niles has worked with global clients in retail, manufacturing, logistics, food, and high tech. She is currently Senior Manager with the OCM Service Line at delaware North America.
